    Where is the house located?

    https://maps.app.goo.gl/phmmHfkpvFqpxsR36

Internet is great thruout the house, information regarding internet will be recieved after booking.

Things to never do!!! Sorry to start out this way but it is very important for guests to know this!

    1. Don’t ever close front door without bringing your keys, you will not get in!
You will have to call locksmith, and this is expensive, and the cost will be on you!
If you still need help (hopefully not): Ben, locksmith, +34 666 08 94 27

    2. Don’t leave the house with the safe locked, we cannot open it again and it needs to be replaced and you will be charged.

Now over to more pleasant information:

    Key colour codes:

    Yellow key: Main gate
Black Key: Gate to driveway (tricky to open, you might need to lift gate)
Blue Key: Swimming pool and padel, pad lock on padelgate same key!
    Orange Key: Kitchen Door
    Unmarked Key: Front Door
    Pink Key: Studio

Leave keys in the patio doors, normally we and guest only use the left door, the other we just leave closed.

Safe is in upstairs bedroom. Instructions inside wardrobe.

    TV/Stereo
TV has built in support for Nexflix, Disney and so on and Cromecast

    Cromecast: Vardagsrum Spanien

Stereo in living room, Bose: connect thru Spotify: Vardagsrummet Spanien
Steroe in upstairs bedroom: Sovrum uppe Spanien
    Stereo in downstairs bedroom:

AC in 6 rooms, but PLEASE dont leave AC on when you leave the house, it will barely help anyway.

If you put ALL appliances on at the same time the fuse in the electric meter outside will trigger. Easy to fix but hard to find.

All AC is ok to run at the same time but try to avoid all AC:s and oven/stove/dish washer/washing machine simultaneously (we are in Spain😊)

    Good to know

Garbage: just around the corner down the street

Small supermarket: also just around the corner behind the Aldea restaurant

Buying groceries: Lidl in Sabanilla’s is the best place, 5 min drive with car towards Estepona, left hand side in roundabout.

    Beach:
Take pathway over road. Please don’t cross the road at the roundabout, people drive in Spanish manner, meaning fast!

There are a few beach chairs to be rented to the left but not so many so get there a bit early or bring your own.

Chiringuitos (small beach restaurants) both to left and right, the best one is Tubalitos, 10 min walk to the right. It looks a bit warn down but they have good paella and chicken, order ahead!
Lunch starts from around 2 o’clock

If you go left you will first come to Castillo, 15 min walk, here you have a couple of good restaurants, ”La Taberna 2” normally serves a good three meal lunch for around 16E.

Past Castillo you have Duquesa, another 10 min walk, a small marina, lots of English restaurants and pubs. The Italian is a good restaurant, their ”Marisco” is really good, sea food pasta. Otherwise the restaurants are pricy and not to good.

Walking on the beach after dark is fine safety wise but lacking lights all the way, bring a torch😊

    Padel:
Rackets and balls are in the house, use blue key to open. If you hit the ball over the fence you have to jump the fence to retrieve it, sorry, no gates☹

    Pool area:
Use Blue key to get in, it’s up the road, go left exiting house, and then the pool area/paddle is on the right hand side of the road, white wall with green metal doors.

Bring your own chairs/towels, there are a few umbrellas but that’s it. Door is a bit sticky but just give it a good push, don’t close the door when you are in the pool area, tricky to open from inside.

    Fire place:
    For decorative use only
